Violations may result in immediate escort from the facility by ACADIAN staff and/or involvement of local law enforcement.
If you or someone near you is experiencing a life-threatening emergency β chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, or loss of consciousness β please call 911 immediately or go directly to your nearest Emergency Room. Do not come to urgent care for these conditions.

Yes. ACADIAN provides rapid antigen and PCR COVID-19 testing with same-day results. Drive-through testing is available for convenience and patient safety.
Yes. ACADIAN performs FMCSA-certified DOT physical examinations for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) and CDL drivers. Results and your Medical Examiner's Certificate are provided same-day.
ACADIAN accepts most major insurance plans. Call your nearest location to confirm your specific coverage before your visit. Self-pay and cash options are also available.
Yes. ACADIAN offers HIPAA-secure telemedicine video visits for patients who cannot come in. Prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy. Available MondayβFriday during regular clinic hours.
ACADIAN has 5 locations across Metro Detroit: Allen Park (14726 Champaign Rd), Dearborn (7742 Schaefer Rd), Southgate (12866 Fort St), Garden City (30260 Cherry Hill Rd), and Detroit Springwells (2117 Springwells St).
Yes. ACADIAN has an in-clinic pharmacy so patients can fill prescriptions immediately after their visit β no separate trip needed. Our pharmacy staff will explain your medications in detail.
Yes. ACADIAN offers confidential HIV testing, counseling, and Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) management. All HIV care is strictly confidential and HIPAA-compliant. Walk-in HIV testing is available.
